Native to Sarasota, Nila graduated with her cosmetology degree right out of high school. She has been in the hair industry for over 15 years! Her passion and curiosity for the beauty industry started as a young girl when she visited her Aunt Clara in Fernadina Beach. Her Aunt owned a salon and worked as a stylist and Nila would beg to stay and help her while on vacation!
Nila started her career as an assistant for 2 very established stylists for almost 7 years, and within that time she became extremely skilled at mixing and applying color. She stays eager to enhance her skills with continuing education to stay current with the latest beauty trends.
Nila feels that there isn't anything more satisfying than making people feel good about themselves. Whether her client wants an edgy cut or something low maintenance she will always do her best to achieve their desired outcome. Teaching her clients hair tips and tricks is something Nila thoroughly enjoys as well!
